Trust Realty Advisors, Inc., ("TRA") was originally formed in 1991 to provide commercial real estate consulting services to the Resolution Trust Corporation as a women owned small business. After acting in a receiver capacity for a $300 million dollar RTC portfolio, Paul Timm has expanded TRA to be a commercial real estate management and consulting company that provides custom tailored solutions to troubled or non-performing commercial properties. Most of TRA’s clients are institutional and board driven requiring a higher degree of service, documentation and accountability. Paul Timm started his career in 1983 in Denver, Colorado performing workouts for small commercial loans for lending institutions in Denver, Houston and San Francisco for a nationally known turnaround management company and has over 26 years of workout / crisis management experience.

Receivership services require a prompt response to conserve collateral value and protect assets and then to accurately and timely manage those assets all in an affordable, conservative manner. TRA has a high bonding capacity and can move quickly when recquired to gain control of commercial properties. Further, TRA does not over charge the receivership by doubling receiver fees with management oversight. Any property that TRA manages as part of a receivership is charged a normal market management fee once the collateral is secured and identified. TRA documents the conditions of the collateral and puts in place systems to protect and maintain the property for any period required. In most cases TRA will manage the properties under receivership unless there are compelling reasons to hire out the day to day onsite management, otherwise TRA acts as an asset manager for the receivership.

$200 per hour $150 per hour $100 per hour $60 per hour

All consulting rates are net of expenses which will be billed in addition to the consulting fees. Expenses will include mileage, copying, postage, onsite staff, and any or all property related expenses paid by Trust Realty Advisors, Inc.
