      • Regular inspection of the property for safety issues
      • Receive maintenance calls, facilitate and oversee repairs
      • Competitively bid all capital projects
      • Hire and/or supervise site personnel
      • Supervise the performance of vendors and contractors
      • Respond to emergency calls 24/7
      • Perform regular capital improvements to maintain the value of the property
      • Provide Owner(s) with regular feedback on required or recommended improvements
